About the Yarn: 100% Extrafine Italian, machine washable and tumble dry 2/30 nm merino wool offered in a gorgeous range of colors. This yarn produces incredibly soft, comfortable, breathable garments, and meets Woolmark standards for "Total Easy Care" labeling. Note that 2/30 nm equates to 15 m/g or 7425 yds/lb.
Feed two ends into machine to knit on a standard gauge machine or 1 end on fine gauge domestic machine.
Price is by the gram, so enter the quantity (# of grams) you want and we will provide a custom wound cone. In some rare cases, the total quantity may have to be provided on more than one cone.
Please send us a note (laura@thefuzzknitting.com)if you want the yarn split between cones in a particular way. For example, if you want two 50 g cones, you would enter 100 g, but let us know that you want the quantity split equally between two cones.

Finishing notes from the manufacturer:
Turn garments inside out. Pre-press. Wash in water at 25-30 degrees C with non-ionic detergent to remove spinning oils. Then wash in water at 25-30 degrees C with softener for 2-3 minutes. Spin dry at 80 cycles for 3-5 minutes. Tumble dry at low temperature. Garments should be slightly wet when removed from the tumbler. Press with small amount of steam. It is possible to dry clean.
If you are going to make stripe or patterned garments, make fully finished swatch to confirm colorfastness.
